We were excited to use Azza Giorgi because of her renowned history in the area. It was a bad experience to say the least. We were buying from out of state so we really needed to have someone that could look out for our best interest and be sure we didn’t get into a house that had too many issues. She lost track of the in-person tour we scheduled, so when we flew up from Texas to see the house I had to call her and remind her about the time. When she is confronted or called-out on her mistakes she yells right at me and raises her voice to my wife saying how it’s our fault that things turned out the way they did. She was at the house multiple times and has a lot of experience with homes and should have noticed key things which could have been negotiated. I’m dealing with a rodent problem
