Earlier this year, our buyers worked with Sally Espenschied of Howard Hanna, and the experience from beginning to end was an absolute nightmare. Real estate transactions are stressful enough, but Sally’s behavior and actions went far beyond what anyone should have to deal with when buying or selling a home. From the start, Sally was consistently rude and dismissive in her communications. Every single conversation our realtor had with her was marked by hostility, arrogance, or outright unprofessionalism. Instead of working together to achieve a smooth and fair closing, she created conflict, delayed progress, and made the process as difficult as possible. They lie. They don't even know what MLS or Zillow is. They faxed me houses to look at. It's 2025.

Not impressed at all. Unless you are willing to pay big money for a house they pass you around to different people. Caleb fell didn't want to work with a friend because she was not wanting to pay big money. Then at her closing the realtor didn't give her the full experience. No picture with a giant key in front of her new house no nothing. Treated this friend like it was a bother to sell them a house. Definitely will NOT be recommending Howard Hannah or there employees.

I can't speak for everybody that works there but they do employ Tanis Thompson who's easily the most obnoxious and least helpful realtor I have ever encountered in my entire career of over 50 deals.
