At the end of the day they sold my property however! My sales lady Martha gave me a big misconception on the broker fee, which was a major disappointment, letting that slide, when the property was sold that was the last I heard from her. No follow-up call no update no telling me how it went nothing absolutely nothing. Just took the check and ran. For me that's a deal breaker poor customer service. Never again!

I'm an experienced contractor, buyer and investor. I have had excellent relationships with realtors. I had an awful experience with this office, and Chester Enders. I simply asked a question about negotiating a buyer fee, and the relationship went sideways. Always interview realtors and find the right one, I happened to call on Saturday and catch Chester. Simply bad luck. Remember buyer fees are negotiable! In response to Howard Hanna corporate's response, thats poor customer service. Why would it be on me to call you? How about you look into this issue.
