My wife and I bought a house in Hornell with Denise Smith. Denise outdid herself and was amazing. Since we were not able to take a look at the house ourselves because we’re from out of state, Denise had to fit us into her busy time schedule and answer plenty of questions. She was very honest about the house as we bought it site unseen. When we got to Hornell to inspect our newly purchased property, there were no surprises. Throughout the whole process we have had nothing but a very positive experience. We love Denise and her husband and it’s not hard to tell that she does her job with passion and commitment .Thank you for everything! This office has the worst people working for them.. in buying my house we have had nothing but issues starting from the closing date to the final walk threw.. we have been bullied and treated poorly as the buyers.. we had contracts set in place for a reason and all contracts were broke by the seller.. If we didn’t agree to her requests we were told by the realtor she would pull the house off the market and “how would the buyers like that” . Now we are trying to do our final walk threw had it scheduled for tomorrow at 9:30 and are being told “nope not until 1” we were treated poorly by a snobby realtor at our first walk threw.. this has all been a really bad experience and I would never recommend them to sell a shell to a turtle..

So far good, we have been looking for a home in NY. And or realtor has been so helpful, and nice.
