Growing up in the Mercer co area Howard Hanna was All over the place so when I grew up and had to help sell my parents house and land in grove city naturally I chose to call HH and was surprised how little concern was shown to the situation by our realtor who gave bad advice from the start. I do not want to post the whole story on this review however I have no problem telling it either. Terry was absolutely the worst Realitor we could have chosen. His main concern was to take as many vacations as he could in the approximately 6 months he had my parents MOVE out out there home he took countless vacations and time off with tons of unanswered questions leaving them in limbo not knowing what was up or down. I’m highly upset that HH had the audacity to scam my parents for as much money as they
If you are a seller I would not recommend using this agency. The agent didn't do anything but put on Multi list to sell the property. I felt like they didn't properly show the property.
