Howard Hanna Greenbush

In the summer of 2025 we contacted Debbie from Howard Hanna from the Rensselaer Plaza. She came to our house to do an appraisal with the possibility of listing the property. She came out with 35 year old data on our house that was incorrect from a Zillow listing. When I tried to advise her of the needed corrections it did not phase her. Some of the issues were the dated list said we had a 1 car Garage and our house clearly had a two car garage. It also had that we were not on town sewer, which we were, the square footage was off by 500 square feet. We had upgrades of a new Kitchen and three bathrooms. Terrible company using signed contracts and deposits to leverage a bidding war for own gains. Do not use!!!!!

Met the green jeep today head on doing at least 50 in a 30 mph zone. He was passing someone... almost hit two cars including myself. Please drive like an adult with a business on your car.
