I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mark Ralyea, Jaynemarie Manley, and the Howard Hanna team. We were in contract for a home that ultimately fell through, and despite it being two months since the deal ended, they have still not returned our $5,000 deposit. Communication has been non-existent. I have called multiple times and left several messages, yet no one has had the professional courtesy to return my calls or provide an update on the status of our funds. Buying a home is stressful enough without having to chase down your own money from the professionals who are supposed to be managing the transaction. Thomas Mason "branch manager" couldn't help us with the lemon home we purchased from his agent. They ALL knew that this home had alot of expensive issues. They offered us $2,500 for a $40,000 project that the prior owner were responsible for. Beware of these scam artists. Beware of the attorney "J. Dubs" they will offer you. They don't care about their clients. They sold us a lemon home. Crooks and will lie to you just to sell a home. Don't trust this people. You will be sorry. WHO'S Darren

We had an amazing experience working with our realtor Sheri Courteau. She was professional and listened to everything we wanted and needed. I know she had other clients but we felt like her only. Patty Niederhauser did a wonderful job finding our family a beautiful home. She was very knowledgeable of the areas where we were looking and was always available for my many questions and concerns of the home buying process. We purchased our home back in September of 2020. The whole process started in June of 2020 and our realtor Sheri Courteau couldn't have been anymore accommodating. She literally drove all over WNY with us and more!! But she didn't quit until we found what we wanted and would fit our budget. Very knowledgeable about the whole process from start to finish. Couldn't be more happier. Definitely will use Sheri again in the future if she's willing to drive =)
