We found realtor Lindsey Schuetz at Hoven Real Estate to be the best of the best when it came to selling our home. She had the skills and knowledge to recommend a listing price that got us more for our home than we ever expected. She always took the time to to answer our questions and made us feel very confident in her abilities. The experience was low stress, which was great for us since we had moved to Texas and our home was vacant while it was listed. Lindsey held several open house events, let us know when we needed yard work, and in general just made sure there was a presence so it didn't have the appearance of a vacant home. Tried to purchase a home that Hoven Real Estate was selling. Unfortunately, unable to make purchase because the realtor was playing too many games. I’ve never seen anything like it!!! Would never recommend this agency! There were so many contingencies that they were trying to put in place - that I’m not sure how anyone can purchase a home that Hoven is trying to sell!! Again, find yourself an agency that is reputable and has common sense!!!
