Houston Permitting Center

I was truly impressed with how well-run the Houston Permitting Center is. The office itself is spacious, modern, and well organized for use; the systems used to manage the flow through the office's permitting process are excellent; and best of all the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Thank you to everyone at this office for helping to make our experience an efficient and smooth one!

The cashier had a terrible attitude. I come here every year to renew my sales license and have never been treated like this before. She was giving me attitude, making faces, and even threw the receipt at me. I wanted to file a formal complaint but couldn’t find where to submit it

Excellent service, I have been here many times over the years, and the service always above expectation. No issue with the parking at all. Waiting time at the most 35 min. Once you get in people with experience will serve you the best they can. Thank you for the good experience.

I want to acknowledge the job that Erin is doing she helped me with the process to get a limousine license, excellent costumer service, the ladies at the front desk that give the waiting number ticket suggested me to call or go online they try to redirect you somewhere else. Luckily i asked someone else for info and that person was Erin, she was willing to help and explain everything. She deserves a raise and a promotion.
