Houston Jacob Home Inspection

Jacob was incredibly thorough with the inspection for a home we were considering purchasing. His knowledge and passion for his craft truly showed throughout the process. Hi! This is my second home being bought, previously the Home Inspection company I had did not give such DETAIL like Jacob Home Inspection. I'm beyond surprise how detail is inspection was. Not only he provide excellent communication about the current house problems, but he also provided videos of how something is suppose to work. Last, it was easy to create a list for my real estate in what things need to be addressed with the seller. AWESOME JOB! Price super reasonable!

Jacob is the best!! He's very methodical, thorough and detail oriented, and also transparent and upfront about his method, how he works, his scope, what his service covers vs what it doesn't. He's also on time, courteous and thoughtful. At the end of the inspection, he explained his major observations and concerns to me, and promptly produced a very detailed report afterwards. He also gives each customer a home maintenance manual to help the customer maintain their property. I was thoroughly impressed with Jacob and he has won my trust and confidence. It's not that other inspectors are bad, but Jacob stands out as one of the best. I'll definitely use Jacob's service again and will recommend him to family and friends.
