We like where we live and these apartments are beautiful however we are so uncomfortable in a place we should be able to call home. I moved in on 3/29 to Park at Wellington in Holiday I won’t disclose which building and unit for the protection for the tenants that seem to be causing the issue because ultimately I don’t want anything to happen to them I rather be inconvenienced and moved to another unit. This is what we have been experiencing NONSTOP consistently everyday these noises can start as early as 3AM and last all day until 12a or further. I work from home and take calls from patients and the noises echo so bad at times you can hear it on the other end of the calls :( It has also affected my children because the noises range mostly in the living room and above their bedrooms whic

In my horrible experience while living at one of the Housing Trust groups Apartments was the worst experience of my 50 Years of Living. The management is lazy, very rude and giving you write-ups for whatever they feel like. I highly recommend you do not move in there you will not have peace landed my opinion you are treated less of a human being making with making up rules whenever it suits them with false advertisement this is my opinion only you can move in and have a great experience however there has been high turnover with residents breaking their lease because it's nothing like described

I have been working with housing trust group to get an apartment. I have always received timely responses and good customer service. The property is very nice and I received good help in applying. I look forward to making this my forever home.

We lived in building 4 at Freedom Gardens in Brooksville Florida, during which half of the time did not have a manager on site. We placed a mold issue in the hallway bath, an unlicensed worker man "fixed" it only for it to burse and flood the apartment. The manager advised that the underboards and island would have to be replaced in kitchen and bathrooms as the wood was now destroyed. That never happened and created the worse roach problems that nothing could get rid off. Then 3 months later we were again flooded from the upstairs apartment and this time same thing, but it created mold in the closet in the master. We were always sick so I did not care to renew my lease and left a month early. That manager was provided a new address for mailing and we never got any additional communic

While living at freedom gardens in Brooksville there was constant issues with residents and people smoking in the breezeways which is against lease policy. The pool was often shut down due to damage and when it was open the loud inappropriate music because played was a huge deterrent. Now as I’ve moved out 11 weeks ago I am still waiting on my security deposit which they can not give me anyone specific to contact and keep telling me I will receive it. Due to the lease stating the refund of the deposit is refunded within 6 weeks I’m on the verge of filing a civil suit. Corporate office has also not returned any of my calls
