Very rude and unprofessional rentals are based on not only income but credit and references as well. We had met all qualifications and they denied us prior to even filling out an application. My guess would be we’re not from MA, my ESA (which is illegal to do) or our age. I had stated that you will see our income on our paystubs and she hung up on me. Never recommending customer service is horrible! If the screening process is like this I’m glad I don’t have them as a landlord.
