Stephen helped us yesterday at an inspection on a home in the Poconos that we are looking to purchase as a second home and short-term rental property. He was extremely informative about every aspect of the home, especially the areas we were concerned about. From the moment we met him, he was extremely personable and friendly, and felt like an old friend. He comes with a lifetime of experience in the home, improvement industry, and I feel extremely confident purchasing this home. we actually initially had booked an inspection with a different company, but after looking at their review reviews, we changed our minds and went with Steven and I’m so happy that we did. Now we have peace of mind until you’re like we know every nook and cranny of his home.

Stephen provided thorough and detailed inspections of two properties for me this past summer. He is responsive and thoroughly answers questions and provides his professional opinion about a multitude of issues including water quality, equipment, radon, and structural issues.
