He thoroughly explained every step in the home selling process from pricing the house competitively, to staging and showing and finally accepting an offer. We felt total confidence in him, enough to leave the house to him while we went out of state. He kept us updated and informed throughout the day, every day. In less than a week we had multiple offers and a bidding war. Evan made it all so easy! He even had his associates in another state work with us to find a rental home. He took what could have been a very stressful time and made it enjoyable, we can't recommend him enough!

Selling a three story home after 30 years and downsizing to a two bedroom apartment condo is incredibly stressful. I could not have survived this journey without having Evan Newman by my side.
