HouseMaster Serving Alpharetta

We had an outstanding experience with HouseMaster Serving Alpharetta. Our inspector, Charles Gettig, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. He took his time inspecting every detail of the home we’re planning to purchase and made sure we understood his findings clearly. Charles explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of our questions, and gave us great confidence moving forward. We knew more than they did. We pointed out numerous things we saw while walking around to the male tech which finally ended up on our report. A " team " came out, the woman did hardly anything useful other than test a few outlets like anyone can. If she was in training or there was a specific reason for this, then it should have been explained to us upon our arrival. It looked unprofessional. They didn't email us the report after we paid for it until we sent multiple follow up emails asking for it. Nothing in my Spam, just never sent so apparently they have a problem with their report sending portal. These reports are timely, needed asap, why so much confusion on their end? We have had excellent inspections done by other companies, this one was not.

Very thorough and detailed. Took the time to show us around the house in any areas that were of concern. Did not rush us and answered any questions we had.

HouseMaster was great— I’d use them again! The team was responsive and quick to schedule an inspection that was within the due diligence period and aligned with my schedule as I wanted to arrive towards the end of the inspection for a walkthrough. Charles G. inspected the townhome thoroughly from top to bottom—taking no short cuts even though the home was only a few years old. His attention to detail with the inspection, patience with our many questions, and insight on how to better protect/maintain the new home was much appreciated! Stand-up guy!
