I’ve lived through terrible property management companies in the past and house properties has been nothing but the best. They take great care of their properties with landscapers coming weekly. The complex is clean and always inviting. All my guests I have coming over always compliment the cleanliness of everything. Would recommend to everyone moving into any of their gorgeous homes.
This company and the two owners, Evan and Mike are greedy horrible human beings. They bully their tenants and are money hungry. They will kick you out with a 30 day notice. You are warned.
HP was really easy to work with, loved my stay and would definitely move back if I could
Very fast to response and they keep uo with emails and maintenance, very good company to rent from!
