The BEST!! From the second we met, I knew it was going to be a smooth rental. In the past we had a rough property manager so we were hesitant going into the next rental. Right off the bat, we knew we found a good one. Any phone call or text message was immediately answered. If there were any issues, she would have them resolved within 24 hours. Andrea was very transparent during the whole process so we knew what was going on. Very, very thankful for Andrea and her team that has been nothing but good to us!!! Mrs. Veann Shea is the best property manager I’ve ever met. She is super sweet and isn’t overbearing whatsoever. She makes sure the property/unit is maintained and addresses concerns promptly. I rented from her for a year and she was the best. I recommend renting from her if you’re on the fence about it. She’s a cut above the rest!
