HOUSE IN DISORDER Update: They responded that these pictures were the corners of a closet which is not true, these pictures are from multiple places all throughout the house I truly don’t believe in writing negative reviews, but what I went through with House in Order was devastating, and I don’t want anyone else to experience what I did. When I first toured the house, I noticed it looked a little dirty, but I didn’t spend enough time in it to see just how bad it really was. Before applying, I even messaged Kristina to ask if it would be professionally cleaned, and she told me it had already been cleaned when it was put on the market. I have lived in my apartment for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it. Everyone is extremely attentive to any of our needs! I need to (unfortunately) relocate due to my job and the lovely Tammy has been helping me. She has been absolutely fantastic in every way! Friendly, knowledgeable, responsive… the list goes on! I have had a great experience with House in Order Asheville since we moved into one of their rental homes in October 2024. Kristina efficiently walked us through the lease process that we began just a couple days before Hurricane Helene and all those cell/internet outages. She and other office staff helped us have a smooth transition in the midst of a really horrible time for everyone in our area. She has shown care in making sure we had the natural gas information for our winter heat to be turned on, and has been very quick and thorough in answering all my many questions related to our neighborhood rules and our recent maintenance request. I had the amazing help of Melanie and Kristina. If it wasn’t for these amazing ladies I truly do not know where my family would be. They have made this process so easy and quick and simple that it felt like we were just talking to friends. The excitement they had for us on getting our place showed us they care about families and that is something we need more of around here.
