Once we had a house under contract, I was scrambling to find a decent inspector. I didn’t want to go with any of the recommendations from our realtor because of their kickbacks: if there’s a way they can make money from someone other than their clients, then they aren’t working exclusively for you or in your best interest. I called inspectors that weren’t recommended by my realtor and I was taken aback by how frequently they asked “who’s your realtor?” Russ with House 2 Home was the only one who not only didn’t ask, but didn’t want to know the name of my realtor. Russ was amazing in every way. Very affordable and worth every penny. He knows what he's talking about and spotted things only someone with experience would see. It's rare to find such an honest, trustworthy person, but Russ is definitely one. He saved me from a moldy house with a lot of illegal wiring, cracking doundation, flooding basement, bad roof, and everything. I am very grateful for his work! 100% recommend. He is a buyer's inspector.

I am a first time home buyer, not from the area and had House 2 Home come and inspect a house that I was interested in. Not only was the inspector super friendly, he also was very thorough and found a lot of things that I myself wouldn't have found. I am so thankful we had House 2 Home come inspect the house or else we would've been stuck with repairs that we aren't prepared to take on!
