I have worked with many realtors from this office for more than ten years and I highly recommend them for you real estate needs.

This review is about Frank Scalia & Kyung Scalia, agents at the Scarsdale office of Houlihan Lawrence. Frank and his mother, Kyung, coordinated with us to show a home for rent. We saw the home and submitted an offer. After a few days, Frank told me via text that the homeowner selected us to rent their home. His exact words were: "I just spoke with the homeowner and congratulations they are going with your offer." At this point, we turned down the opportunity to rent other homes. He then, for the next four days, provided me with text messages saying he was working on the lease to send over to me. We had even scheduled another viewing of the house to measure for furniture, which Frank facilitated. The evening before that meeting was to occur, I received a call from his mother to let me know

There is nothing special about this agency what so ever. They talk a big walk but if you do not fit their mold, then the quote experienced brokers could not care less. Yes, everyone is polite and professional but when the going gets tough, they do not get going. What does it take to get a real agent these, like the ones who do real estate for a living and not to occupy time. This place is worth only 4% commission at best. Look around if you want a seller's broker, cause finding a buyer's broker is easy, just about anywhere. Remember, as the sellers of our homes, we may take good advice, but we call the shots and make sure the agents know that. Take your time to interview agents, especially here.
