I had the misfortune of buying a property through Ryan. He is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever worked with. His demeanor is that of a teenage boy; he unnecessarily discloses details of his clients personal lives to essential strangers and continues to do so even months after working with them. I blocked his number after I was finished working with him and he STILL CALLED ME FROM ANOTHER NUMBER. If that’s not enough, he brought his CHILD into my house at closing who I had to clean up after. A few months after purchasing the house I found out that the walls were filled with mold, which my contractors suspect the last owner knew about due to the way they had it cheaply patched. Horrible company to deal with. I made a 3:00 appointment with Ryan to tour a home. I called twice and texted him. He finally showed up at 3:35 wearing jeans and a Mickey Mouse T-shirt. The photos online did not match the property at all, they must be years old. I asked him to email me the co-op rules for the property I was viewing and he never did. Be aware, false advertising.

Kim Simms is very unprofessional she lied to me about the status of my application with a house. I have a very good credit score and very good credit history. She called me up and told me the owners of a home accepted my application and I would be able to move in to a house. I packed 90% of my house and 3 days later she called me and stated that had never received confirmation from the owner of the home and she was going that night to try and close the deal. She lied to be about the status of the situation and when I told her that I had packed up 90% of my home via the info that she had relayed to me she did not even care. The home owners had never been landlords before and had decided they would wait to rent and she knew this information all along and lied to me. She is very unprofession
