Sherry was a wonderful person with whom to do business. Ms. Hough was actually recommended to me by one of her competitors, a family friend with a backlog of appraisal work. When I mentioned the bad reviews on Google he said "Don't believe it. Let's take a look." When he read the reviews he said "I don't know if some of our competitors are getting underhanded, but this isn't true. She doesn't even do drive-by appraisals. No one around here does." I'm glad I listened to him, as I had a great experience with Sherry. She is booked up pretty much constantly, but fit us in. Ms. Hough was polite, professional, easy to deal with, and worked quickly.
