This company is awful. If you want poor property maintenance, then this is your place. For example, their rental 'agreement' states that the tenant must have the carpets professionally cleaned prior to moving out. This can run anywhere from $300-400! It also says the tenant is responsible for repairs of $100 and less. If you rent with these people, be prepared to lose your deposit! They will claim anything and everything and hiring a pro cleaning service is pointless. I'm in the hole by doing so. Run, don't walk from this place.

awful place to do business with. beware . even with a cleaning bill receipt (that is required after you leave) they find anything and everything from the lawn being two days old to the bathroom suddenly needs to be laminated . They find anything so they don't have to give you your security deposit back. We paid 1000 security deposit (we are getting back a quarter of it). never again. rude lady too.

A month or so ago I decided to purchase a new house to move in, fix up, live there a while, and eventually rent. I saw a foreclosure on the market listed by Host Reality and contacted them. The process was a little rocky, as it was my first time dealing with a bank owned foreclosure but Sherri helped me out. She suggested getting financing in place in advance (which proved to be helpful) and she explained some of the ins and outs of buying a bank owned property. She worked with me to get an offer in place and meet at the property for an inspection on a fairly rapid schedule. In addition, the title company (which the bank unfortunately got to pick) dropped the ball big time.
