I had nothing but a positive experience with Horton Auction & Real Estate. I flew to Alabama from New York State to be with my Dad who passed while I was there. I had limited time and contacted several auction companies, but my Dad rented an apartment and people only wanted to work with me if he owned the property. When I found Horton Auction and Steve Huber, it was a dream. They took care of everything and Steve kept me up to date when I was back in New York State. Steve was extremely trustworthy and helped me out tremendously during an extremely difficult time. They left the apartment impeccable! After the auction, they were quick to send the check which was a relief so I could move on with the grieving process.

I've dealt with Pam and the other Horton people for the last 4-5 years (as a buyer) and I've found them to be consistently professional, and equally important to me, just nice humans. There is a grand auction of my own, looming out there in the future wherein I'll be forced to part with 'all my good stuff' and when that time comes Horton's going to certainly be in consideration.
