A friend of mine lives there. They have no mailboxes, which forces you to either pay $93 for a post office box for 6 months when they could put a cluster of mailboxes in for THEIR APARTMENT BUILDINGS. You see roaches sometimes in the kitchen in which she has to keep poison for them out. Black widow spiders have been spotted right outside the bedroom windows. She moved in having to pay a cleaning deposit when previous tenants had dogs that crapped everywhere stuck to the floor and baseboards. I mean, if you want to have people pay the full cleaning deposit, at least have it clean. The buildings are pretty nice other than those issues. The owner and his employees are polite from the 8 months of being around here.
