I lived in this complex for 2.5 years but a couple of months ago I had to urgently vacate the unit due to a severe rat infestation. The source of the infestation was a neighbor in my building and when they moved all of the rats started moving to all of the other units at the bottom of my building. They chewed a hole through the wall of my pantry and once they had gotten through my exterminator caught approximately 20 in the first 1-2 weeks. It became unlivable after day 1. Myself and other residents had told the HOA 3 months prior to this that we could hear something moving in wall but they chose to do nothing. Neither the property managers or the HOA were taking responsibility for the infestation until I called an officer from the city of Henderson who issued them a notice of violation an

Pool closed due to Covid. Quite possibly the dumbest thing ever as this private property. The hottest summer ever and it is closed. Used to be a nice community but over the two years here we have decided to move out as this is the final straw.

Michelle Keller is by far the most unprofessional property manager I have ever encountered. Upon a very reputable car repair place discovering chewed wires and paw prints from rats when they lifted up the hood of my car yesterday, I was advised to notify my property manager since I work from home and that is where my car is parked most of the time. I notified Michelle and she claimed she was a Las Vegas native that had never seen nor heard of rats in the area. Her condescending and rude tone of voice was extremely unnecessary. I have a doctorate degree yet this simply useless and incompetent employee spoke to me as if I was somehow beneath her. Really bad apartment to live,area its nice but to live there the apartments are old no one take care the green areas,pet owner dont pick after the dog, managements its bad bad bad!!! The aparment had broken door ,AC units dont work and really old ,microwave its broke bathrooms are nasty and old ,carpets are old and stinky so if you are planning to move here goodluck!!!!!
