They are truly excellent for living peacefully with your family. We have been living in this place for 17 years and everything is GREAT. 100 percent recommended.

The New Office management is beyond better than ever before! They are on top of things and are striving to pick up this property and make it better than ever. I see old reviews on here but these girls are doing great at managing this property! Most management around their area are just plain rude and uninterested in helping you find a home. they go out of their way to always make you feel welcomed and help you in any way they can. Way to go Horizon Park!

LONG MESSAGE ALERT BUT WORTH THE READ!!! The worst place I’ve EVER lived. My car was stolen from here they didn’t show any empathy and made like it was my fault the office manger told me “Well this is Nashville” this place was so FILTHY when I moved in they gave me a $100 discount on my rent. I found mice in the apartment, roaches… I have all the pics to prove it! I’m really upset because I’m being charged when I moved out for a place that was literally gross when I came in which is unfair. My grandmother and I literally cleaned up the best we could and it still wasn’t pleasant! There was poop in the toilet that I never even USED!!! All of the property mangers are literally so rude!! I can never have a decent conversation without them being so rude. How can I be charged when this place kno

Came in to look for an apartment and by far the best impression i’ve ever had when it came to leasing office staff! the girls immediately greeted me and helped me with all information! The units truly looked like the pictures, i’ve had it where i go to other properties and the units look nothing like the pictures but these were on point! I would see maintenance staff working so hard and looking at these units you can tell they truly do! 10/10

The property has improved sooooo much! They have completely remodeled units with completely new staff! 10 out of 10 recommend. The staff will genuinely listen to any complaints you have and help in a timely matter! Amazing!
