But now, thanks to the outstanding customer service from Cassie and Gianna, it’s actually an enjoyable experience. Their friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile make every visit smooth and stress-free. Whether answering questions, handling transactions quickly, or just offering a warm welcome, they truly make a difference. It’s rare to find customer service that turns a routine task into a pleasant interaction, and Cassie and Gianna do just that.

My rating is for this Branch in Particular. Let's just say the BM has her favorites as far as clients go.

This branch of Horizon is such a breath of fresh air in the world of banking. I am consistently met with incredible customer service! A special shout out to Gianna and Allyson, they truly are amazing at what they do and so lovely to do business with.

Although a couple online providers had slightly lower rates than Horizon for a HELOC, they couldn't come close to the attentive customer service. I was so happy with our loan officer (Gianna at the New Buffalo branch), I loved the personal connection, meeting in person, being able to call her directly without going through a phone maze, and being able to talk to the same person every time. And I love that they embrace and support the LGBTQ community.
