Hopewell Apartments

I don't live here but I have family that does & has since Spring. They really like the place. The Townhomes are actually really well done and nice on the inside. Better then most commercially done properties of this manner. Especially for a complex that offers (HUD) options. My family has a 3 BR 1.5 bath. This option is comfortable for 4 people (2 adults & 2 kids). Nice lil kitchen, laundry room, full bath downstairs & half up. The management seems very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The place is very safe and kid friendly. The exterior grounds are well maintained. The overall area is quiet and calm. There's ample parking. Plenty of grass and land for the kiddeos to run around on. Cost is highly economical. Easy access to the bypass and downtown. In the Paris School District for Eleme
