I lived here from June 2023-July 2024. My vehicle was broken into twice in the same month. I filed police reports, I talked to management and I purchased a camera. My car was almost broke into a third time and the person was caught on camera as a tenant of hood manor. During this time, I asked them to add more lighting due to it being so dark and adding light would hopefully prevent any further attempts. They did nothing about that. Maintenance was never timely and always pushed getting work done back and back. Ultimately, I had signed another contract for an additional year but withdrew because in June of 2024 my AC broke and it took hood manor a week and a half to attempt to resolve the issue and it was the hottest week of the summer at that point. I had my garbage disposal quit working mid-way through carrot peels. I put in a maintenance ticket. The garbage disposal was fixed and it has been working ever since.
