I've had very positive meetings with the owner/manager. I will be moving into the building next week and am quite sure this is a home that I'll feel comfortable and safe. I have a long time friend that has lived here numerous years and also shared with me positive reviews. Bus stop outside the door, shopping close, walkable safe neighborhood with grocers, restaurants and nearby parks. Btw, building has been clean on all visits and meeting 2 residents have given positive feedback.

I don't give a dime for this building, the pick up the garbage when the wants sometimes is three weeks and the garbage still there, I have to pay all repairs in my apt because they don't do anything the get payments from the government because this building is HUD,most of the neighbor's are problem they get in to your life in your business oh god pls do your self a favor don't get apt in this building this is going to be your nightmare.

No pride of ownership. Building is always dirty and smells like sewer.
