I dont know about the realty office per say, but they have an agent employed there that I can't speak more highly of. Mike Whisler is top of the line. Will crawl in the mud and across the roof of a home you are looking at. He is one of the coolest people you could be around and trustworthy. A person like this, let alone a real estate agent, is hard to find in today's world. Big thanks and shout out to Mike and ultimately Hometown Realty for such a great experience!

Mike Whistler was amazing! He went above and beyond from beginning to end of the sale of my Mom's home. Rachel Wilson is quite possibly the worst realtor I have ever come across. We bought a house she was selling and she dropped the ball multiple times, failed to do things she was supposed to do, seems oblivious to the world around her, said that “legal documents don't mean anything”, and the list goes on. But the biggest issue is that after we closed on the house, had possession of the buildings and had our belongings in there, had our own locks on it because we now own it and have our things in it after seller told us we could take possession of said buildings on closing day, she allowed her seller to cut the latch off and damage our property in order to get back in it after we had said no. Absolutely nothing was done about it and Rachel was up there when this happened or not long after at

They do not provide Heat as said They turn off the boilers after a week had to use 2Heaters. My heat never got above 65 degrees Carl Cissler is very disrespectful and unprofessional. Their Maintenance Guy Mike kept everything that didnt take 2 people to carry out. He staged a brake in and said ever electronic was stolen. But never reported anything but a broken window. Gave me a 30 day Notice to End Tennantcey and I never got the 30days. Very Poor ethics. Said he adores my Grandmother and didnt wanna out anyone she cares about. When i paid rent for 18 months untill they gave me the Notice to quit tenancy. Because He said I was trash and my house was dirty. Messy with clothes yes But atleast my toilet is clean i told him. He didnt like that.
