I worked with Andrew Martin specifically with this company to rent an apartment in Albany for the year. Andrew was nothing short of amazing, answering phone calls and emails immediately. He was always professional and went above and beyond to make sure l was comfortable and felt safe in my home. Online payments with autopay option makes rent payments easy and worry free too!

Absolutely the worst of the worst. I do not recommend them what so ever. They dodge calls, never respond back to voicemails or texts. They do not address serious issues, they allow months and even years to pass and still refuse to address tenant and building issues. So much property damage. Andrew Martin is the most useless person I’ve ever met. He and Hometown are completely unprofessional and very clearly oblivious to NYS laws. A previous reviewer wrote that they hide like cockroaches and it’s true. I will never work with them ever. I cannot stress to you enough, how terrible an idea it would be to hire these people. Save yourself the stress, the money and other issues. Hire a rock.
