Homestead Palms

I lived here for two years. During that time, my car was stolen from the apartment parking lot, and my neighbor’s car was later broken into. Despite these incidents, the office took no steps to improve safety or support affected tenants. Instead, they sent out a notice to charge tenants for cameras. In the beginning, everything seems fine, but over time it becomes clear that the priority is extracting fees from residents. When I renewed my lease, I was suddenly asked to pay a $200 “deposit” that was never documented on the portal. I was told a copy of my updated lease would be uploaded to the portal, but it was never provided. This year, when I informed the office of my intent to move out, they acknowledged my message by replying and asking for my reason for leaving. Now, they are trying t

I like the environment and the apartment complex, but the manager Desiree, I’ve had some issues with her and I’m not the only resident that has issues with her. I had a maintenance issue and when it was taken care of she wanted to charge me for it but it should be the apartments duty to fix any maintenance issues. She is rude and when I asked her for a number to speak to someone higher than her she never respond back and left an invoice charge in my door for me to find when I got home later that evening. I was not the only one with this maintenance issue but she was placing the blame on me. I’m glad to be moving out this month. But I know she will try to put as many charges she can on me before I leave.

Lived there for 5 years place was great but the current manager DESIREE MARTINEZ its awful!!!! We moved out we cleaned the hole apartment fixed everything even painten the apartment and now shes charging me for not cleaning the kitchen the rooms the bathrooms for paint for a Co combo Alarm and the worst for a broken window!!!!!!! I have videos and pictures of how we left that apartment

These apartments are beautiful inside and out! They are in a very quiet neighborhood. There is always a parking spot and the staff is great. The apartment manager Brianda is very helpful and welcoming.

I love the quiet, peaceful environment, also the office manager Desiree is super sweet & helpful & so are the maintenance workers, they're very welcoming & professional!
