Previously our community had a few management companies that didn’t follow through on many issues for benefit of our association. We definitely needed a change in managing our community. After interviewing Leigha Stigman and Louis Curtis I knew our community would be managed much better than prior mgmt companies. It has been a pleasure working with Leigha and her staff. Leigha and her team, are very responsive even after hours when the association needs her assistance. When an issue arises, Leigha jumps in and assists us whenever possible. Our community residents are very supportive of Homestead Mgmt and Thankful to Leigha for her guidance and quick response for needed repairs. Homestead is a great mgmt company and the office staff is fantastic!

I’ve been coordinating with Leigha Stigman about my concerns. I’m in Hunting Meadows, Lincoln Park, and moved here about two months ago. So far, I’ve reached out to Leigha 10–15 times via calls and emails. She’s been responsive, and if she’s in the office, I usually get a quick reply. I’ve had some work done through her (of course, that’s what my HOA fees are for, :D) — things like removing bushes, gutter work, seeding grass, and mowing. She’s opened work orders in a reasonable time, and my concerns have been addressed. A couple of times when she was out of the office, she still made sure to respond once she was back and not missing those emails, which I appreciate. Jaime‑Lynn stepped in to support the day‑to‑day operations of our community during the medical leave of our assigned property manager, and she did so with exceptional skill and professionalism. From the moment she arrived, she brought the knowledge, steadiness, and integrity of a seasoned manager. Her dedication and attention to detail ensured that every aspect of our association’s operations remained seamless throughout her temporary tenure. Very appreciative of Janet efforts today. She took it upon herself to forward a payment to the proper address, avoiding any other inconvenience for me. It is rare to find someone in ad administrative position that helps mimize your to do list.

Pamela Schutta has been an excellent manager in dealing with our issues in the community at Point at Turnbury. Her services are greatly appreciated by the residents.
