Homestead Gardens Apartments

I had a wonderful experience interacting with the staff at Homestead Gardens Apartments! Kathleen was extremely friendly and accommodating. The apartments themselves were well-maintained and the location is fantastic. I was particularly impressed with their understanding and care. They truly understands the meaning of good service. I highly recommend checking them out!

My fiance and I have been living at Homestead Gardens for a little over a year and we absolutely love it. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and access to additional shared storage space. It's tucked into a great neighborhood and the grounds surrounding the apartments are beautifully landscaped. It's also a great location. 195, Route 18 and the Garden State Parkway are all easy to get to at just five to ten minutes away. They're pet friendly and I love that the grounds have so much open space for my dog to enjoy on our walks. The stairways, sidewalks and parking lots are also really well lit at night. Kathleen and Neil are great and do a fantastic job of keeping everything running smoothly.

I have lived at homestead gardens with my fiancé for almost two years now. Never once have we experienced any serious issue or problem and if there is an issue it is immediately resolved! Kathleen and Neil are always around to fix whatever needs fixing. The pool is an awesome amenity and is always super clean and has a lifeguard. The price is reasonable especially considering how spacious the units are. Plenty of closet space and the storage unit make storing so easy. We eventually want to own but renting here feels like home!

Homestead Gardens was my home for almost 6 years and I had a very nice time living there. It was close to everything and maintained very well. Kathy and Neil were always helpful. I would recommend this place if your looking for a nice place in Spring Lake Heights

I love that the grounds really do look like a garden! My husband and I were impressed by how well maintained the common areas are and the staff is always friendly. Quiet, close to shopping and the beach it is a great place to live.
