Terrible management. Dirty move in (see below where we moved in with SHIT still on our toilet - no solution provided by management, not even an apology). Overall, TERRIBLE living experience. Packages get stolen, ive had 3 isolated issues with packages and management hasn’t responded to one single issue. I had a phone call with the front desk that got so heated they hung up.. shows their professionalism. It’s not worth the cheaper cost. Just spend a little more and live somewhere else.

I want to post an update. They still haven't put up the no smoking signs, 5 months later. Village Green has definitely abandoned this place. It's seedy. The no smoking signs are gone, and management doesn't care that people are smoking pot in the building, with smoke getting into everyone's apartments. I've complained but management does nothing. Unless you like all your belongings smelling like pot, don't move here. Oh, and ignore the cigarette butts littering the grounds and the filthy lobbies filled with dead leaves.

They should get a Double ZERO. Management does not care. Slow at making repairs. A camera is a must if you live here. They mainly come to make repairs when you are not home? They don't like appointments. WHY? The apartments are not updated. The city inspector are here this week. Read their reports online. Lots of issues this property is 50 years old. Some hallways are very dirty and smell bad. They are slow at clearing the snow from walkways. Always do a walk through before signing a lease. The reason I post the truth this way, it keeps it real for the public. This community also has super special persons living on the property/ concerning the mind, from the head injury clinic next door. Unfortunately even though this apartment was close to a park I love, they have had some problems with serious fires (my building caught on fire while I was living there and I had to move out with all my stuff suffering smoke damage, a building next to it had burned down the year before, and when I was moving out I was told my same building had burned down a few years before that - so that's at least 3 times a building caught fire and burned down!), and there are also some issues w/ the type of residents who usually will live here. Not a safe place!

Think hard before you do anything because you will be stuck with your lease. Just don't, unless you have no other options 💯REAL.
