Will not ever use them again all of my documents I signed I had to come and sign again because they said they were damaged in the mail, come to find out they were missing as in someone took them out all of these documents from closing had my bank accounts and social and credit card information on it then they wanted me to pay up front for credit security when they are the one who sent them to fed ex and said they would reimburse me no you should pay you sent them through fed ex so you and fed are liable you all breached my information worse experience ever you should never have to sign closing documents twice because of mistakes. They went through midland so be careful of them as well.

They have handled a couple closings for me always efficient never had a problem
