Wow where do I start‼️… I had the pleasure with working with James and Denise François on helping me purchase an investment property. They were extremely helpful patient and put in a lot of hard work to get me to closing as easy as possible. HomeSnipe is a wonderful Real Estate partner for both sales and property management. They currently manage a 10+ unit apartment portfolio of ours in PA, and they are always very responsive to our tenants and owners. They make great suggestions and they carry alot of experience which shows in the advice that they give to both the tenants and owners. Additionally, HomeSnipe is very well connected and has a great network of contractors to take care of all your housing needs/repairs. We are more than satisfied with HomeSnipe and would recommend them to others!

If I could give this property management zero stars, I would. Since moving into my apartment on December 1st, I’ve experienced constant leaks throughout my home — in the duplex, the hallway, even on my couch and rug. Every time I submit a maintenance request, it takes forever for anyone to come out. In emergency situations, no one answers, no matter how many times I call. I’ve reached out to the office, the owner, his wife, and the maintenance team, and I never get a response. The only time I was able to speak to anyone was by chance, when I caught the owner while parking after work. The same issue keeps happening over and over, and yet, no one answers the phone or cooperates. Then today, September 26th, I find out my rent has been raised by $100! This company is the the one I choose above all the others in the area . They are professional. They are on point about everything that I wanted and I needed and that I was looking for and whenever I had a one or I need fulfilled it. I’m very happy if you are looking and you’re dealing with anyone and housing or renting, this is the company you should go with I greatly, believe that they’re the best. The beautiful woman in the office really made my day as well. Please tell her she hasn’t admire ….
