We bought a home listed by Jania Daniels on July 27. In the process of the sale, concerns were raised, and she reassured us of the quality of the reno that had been done. The start of our real issues, the roofer called with startling assessment of the deplorable condition of the roof at closing. Then the ineffectiveness of the AC was starting to be felt on the 2nd day, and after a week or so, the whole thing was done, upon assessment, the filter was found to be old and dirty with Reno trash, and the control board was about out. At this time we are still needing Certified electrical work at the home for PECO service.
