I have bought and sold properties with Bruce at Homes and Harbors. His knowledge of the area and market are great. I have also rented properties with MaineStay Vacations , both as an owner and a renter, and they provide excellent service. I would highly recommend Bruce as a listing or Buyers agent, he treats every transaction honestly and ethically, sadly something difficult to find in Harpswell Real Estate at times.

I saw the poor review by Ms Foss and I don't understand why she's upset with Homes & Harbors(H&H)... I bought her house and She wasn't even represented by H&H, I was. She was the Seller and she had hired a Listing Broker to represent her and look out for her best interest. I was the Buyer and hired H&H to represent me as a Buyer Broker and look out for my best interest. My broker advised me and I made an offer. I presume she was advised by her broker as they made a counter offer. We went back and forth a couple of times and in the end came to an agreement. I know I was advised every step of the way by my broker. I can only presume she was advised by her broker. I'm very happy happy with Homes & Harbors and give them 5 STARS. If Ms Foss is upset, she should look to the broker that she hired

Homes and Harbors have been the best realtors to work with in Harpswell/ Bailey Island! We have purchased properties & have been treated with professionalism & honesty. I highly recommend them for selling/ purchasing or managing your real estate. Simply the best!

Truly the worst real estate agency in Harpswell/Bailey Island area. Real Estate agents have no scruples, (I have had dealing with three of these agents with both purchase and sale of my home.) Stay as far away from them as you possibly can. There are other agency in the area who will better serve your real estate needs. If you do have to use them secondary to them being the listing agent on a home you are purchasing DO NOT use the home inspector they recommend. Bring your own home inspector in. When this real estate agency is involved buyer/seller BEWARE. I would give them zero stars if my review would post
