I lived here for 4 years never had an issue with anything major or anyone at all including management until these knew people that are there now came they are sneaky rude and definitely want certain people out that they just don't like wether old or young they are heartless and would rather see someone out on the streets if they can. We can no longer make our home our home can't have door mates no welcome signs no flowers just can't make it feel like ur home anymore residents are walking on egg shells now days. Rent goes up every year yet this is income restricted talk about running low income out. Favoritism speaks so loudly it don't even make sense. But this is why u stay ready for these types of people keep ur notes pics letters and videos of all kinds to protect yourself.

I live in building 9 these people in this office are so nasty. They only fix stuff when they are about to be inserted by FHA. They treat the elderly like trash also the maintenance personnel they only care about their family members that lives here. There's worst but can blame them.. its there job to do what the office personnel tell them to do

I was a resident here for 6 yrs, and moved out during covid. I must admit that my time here was very enjoyable. I agree everywhere has its ups and downs but, I never had any major issues. I can truly say the office personnel was always nice & professional and, the maintenence team always completed my work orders in a professional & timely manner. We all respected each other and got a long *GREAT*!!!. When I moved out I got all my security deposit back in a timely manner (NO OVERAGES or UNNECCESSARY FEES) were charged!!! Overall I miss this place and the price was great, I wish I could move back!! :)

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME EVER WRITTING A REVIEW I am going back to school and I need my 12 month receipts of payment history and the manager, her name is Mala totally refused to give them to me insisting I have to give them my lease , telling me it's too much work to go back to retrieve them . She wouldn't do it even after I had my school send an email requesting them explaining to her that my lease wasn't valid without my receipts. It's a great community but her being in charge is going to destroy their reputation, she is very rude to the resident and to her employees, I understand authority is a must but it's never suppose to evolve to rudeness. Till this day I've never gotten my proof of residency, I ask for a upper hand contact to get it done, she refused to ....too much to say ...just b

Love these apartments. Extremely understanding office staff especially Ms. Doopan. Been living here since 2015 and I’ve never had any issues. Beautiful and safe community. Thankful for the opportunity provided to live here.
