Contacted listed agent on their site in my area, was then transferred to another couple. This has been all in ONE WEEK! This was Wednesday and they had the lender call me back the next day pushing me hard to do the mortgage application and barely having a comfortable conversation. I was pushed! Scheduled a meeting for after I get off work with the realtors who also do rentals: I stated from the beginning I needed to see about rentals and buy not just buy. They pushed me just to buy and couldn’t even view rentals. Submit my mortgage application today, instantly they pull my credit. Their customer service is awful. I applied here actually and got a phone call from someone by the name of Addie. She contacted me while I was driving and shortly after the phone call connected I lost service and the phone call hung up. She then texted my phone unprofessionally. Would never work here or recommend business for them ever. Unprofessional
