I am writing to share my experience renting from HomeRiver Group for the past two years. During my first year, communication was excellent, primarily because I encountered no significant maintenance issues. However, in the second year, requesting maintenance became a source of hardship. When scheduling services through the portal, I would thoroughly explain the issue and provide pictures. The main problem was then the actual scheduling of the service. I often had to take a full day off work waiting for a crew that sometimes did not show up. Additionally, there was a lack of flexibility regarding appointment times. Lovely did a great job assisting me with access to a home. I wasn’t able to get the access code for the lockbox. Lovely was very patient and walked me through every step of the process to get the access code to enter the home.

Teresa Irby was so helpful and very quick with her replies and communication. You can tell she really cares about the tenants and homeowners! It was wonderful working with her.
