The professional services available here are always top notch. Buying and selling a house can be stressful and time consuming. The staff here are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Did not use them as my agent thankfully, but they were the selling agent for a home I recently bought. I've never been so ill informed in my life. There were weeks at a time where no one would update me or my agent on any status or update. At the end of the purchase I gave up on them doing what they were supposed to do and closed on the house anyways because I couldnt wait any longer. After they "had all the appliances and HVAC inspected" as agreed upon the ac unit does not work. And moving my elderly mother into a house that doesn't go below 85 degrees is a little ridiculous. Im slightly sad that i had to give them a whole star, If there was a way to give negative stars i would. I would recommend anyone to steer clear of using them as an agent or purchasing anything they are listin
