I’ve been inquiring about an issue with HomeLight for several months now, and the lack of support is unacceptable. I’ve tried calling multiple times and only get routed around to different people who all say they can help—but no one ever actually resolves the issue. Emails go unanswered, and getting a hold of a live person to address a technical problem feels impossible. The only reason I’m giving even one star is because I do find Disclosures.io useful. But beyond that, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, responsiveness, and customer support. As a paying professional who depends on these tools, I expect far better.
