I moved into harmony villiage Georgetown Ky . pure hell from day 1...refrigerator froze up from day 1..took from move in until January to get a new one....when you humidity was up it stunk of dog urine...and of course they couldn't smell it...I was told they didn't have pets in my unit. They finally sent a carpet cleaning company and when they streamed it you smelled nothing but dog urine. And of course they couldn't smell it again..... .we had to use their drier.. I pulled over a gallon of lint from inside of dryer ..all of outlets were loose....evertime i said something i was repeatedly told that I could move...! Ac unit leaked for 5 months.. wet carpet. They did finnaly replace ac unit. Then mold showed up under kitchen linolium...they said it wasn't mold it changed colors beca

DON’T EVEN THINK OF MOVING TO THEIR APARTMENT COMPLEXES! If I could give this review zero stars I would. I was a resident at Eastside Apartments for a total of about 7 years and throughout that time, Homeland Inc. (Property owners) have done nothing but let this place run into the ground. If you have kids or a family FIND ANOTHER APARTMENT. There are so many issues that could be listed off but I will just list some of them: * The units are constantly infested with roaches and with the influx of trashy neighbors it has become a breeding ground. The property owners refuse to send out exterminators for a monthly spray to combat the issue. * The complex has not been renovated since the 1980’s. This property management company is an actual joke. Especially at the Sunnyside Apartments in Munfordville. They do NOT care about their residents at all. They would rather have disabled residents go homeless during the holidays than let them back into their apartments after OUTSIDE repairs. Two months to do some concrete work is absolutely insane. Changing locks on apartments with out notifying residents prior is also not good practices and makes one think that you are going to lock residents out of their apartments, destroy ALL of their personal belongings and REFUSE to let them back into their homes. We've lived at two properties. First property was in Bowling Green. I'd give it almost 5 stars. Issues were handled quickly. Majority of the renters were immigrant Bosnians. Obnoxious and loud people!!! We lived there 3 years. It was mostly ok. Past 5 months we've lived at a property in Corbin. Not been a very good experience. See "shady" individuals around. At times we don't feel that safe here. People speed up and down the street, irregardless of the speed bumps. Our first month didn't start off good with family members staying with renters next door. Had to get Sheriff involved. The condition of the apartment when we moved in is what I call "well worn". Worn out carpet, worn out linoleum floors, patchy touch up paint all inside. Unbelievable that their properties in Leitchfield are exactly as they were when built in the 90’s! I’m so disappointed that my daughter lives at one of the houses and as I’m grateful she has a home for my grand daughter and she’s grateful this is unacceptable!! The front of the house floods every time it rains and they (homeland) knew this before they moved in! This is a safety issue and a Hazzard! The carpet is the same since the 90’s and carpet ages out after 5 years! Multiple work orders are put in and nothing is being done! As a parent and someone who has done property management for 5 years this is outrageous! You would think with all the terrible reviews Homeland would make things better for their residents!
