Greasy realtor. He employs a relative that is.. lets say, disgusting (See court of appeals 320929) or Look up the people of MI vs ferrier in Muskegon. I bought a house he listed despite his best efforts to prevent that. He refused to answer the phone, willingly drug his feet and allowed the owner to slip into forclosure so that a relative of his could try to get it at a lower price at the last minute. Basically tried everything you could do to stop me from buying. Industry standard commission is 3% for each agent. "Sell your home as low as 2% comission." Well you get what you pay for.

*not me, shared from a close friend who is having to go through this with young children* Kenneth Ferrier with homeflex realty took advantage of myself and ex husband when going through our divorce and selling our house. He put his coworker/friend in our house as a land contract. I've bought (3) houses with the Ken over the last 10 years which is all you really need to know. Knowledgeable and honest Broker who sincerely cares about his clients interests.

Ken is hands down the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He definitely goes above and beyond. I couldn't imagine buying land or a home or selling anything without going through him. He makes the stressful moments a little less stressful and is literally on call all the time to make for a smooth process from start to finish. We closed on our property a few weeks ago and Ken has still been there for us. That says a lot and we highly recommend him. If there was an option to give more than 5 stars we would.

I wanna thank Ken and his team for being awesome at what they do and for always being transparent during this process as a first time home buyer my knowledge in this area was far from proficient, but he definitely answered questions and always maintained open communication!!
