Homebridge

Avoid this mortgage broker at all cost. They will sale your loan to a sister company called service Mac who has been known to mess up loans, charge more than agreed. I have personally got checks from other accounts that was not associated to mine. they have put my house in loss mitigation after I was told I could not make a payment because they were investigating my account. Save yourself the head ache. I wish I would have went with major bank or credit union. Be warned.

Absolute worst place. Applied online, received a call telling me credit was great, list of documents needed. Tax returns were NOT required though requested. Went back and forth, finally loan officer finds out that tax returns are not required but she is never available. Always out of the office and no response to emails. I then called Prospect's main number to get assigned a new loan officer. He was wonderful for the first two conversations and then he disappeared and stopped responding to emails as well. I finally gave up and went with another lender. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

Scott always answers his phone and is a wealth of knowledge to assist us in structuring our loans, working through difficult issues and providing support wherever we need it. The environment here is relaxed, yet full of the energy needed to excel in the mortgage industry!! Homebridge has something for almost everyone to help get them into a home and everyone along the way is invested in helping the client close!!

Good service, kept me updated throughout the process. Was able to close on time and get a good rate. Mortgages can be complicated and they did a good job to "push it to the end".

Absolute garbage customer service. Not the Henderson office but the main customer service line on the site. Hung up on 2-3 times every time I call and have sent requests 2-3 times waited 10+ days only to be told they cant ever find what I sent or requested. Would leave 0 stars if I could.
