Total fraudulent real estate development company. Destroying the character of the towns they go into, cram in as many units into inappropriate parcels of land while claiming "affordability". Wouldn't trust Andy Holloran with a dime.

Stop tearing down our neighborhoods for luxury condos. You’re single handedly destroying the historic fabric and character of our town and making it unaffordable. People won’t move here if there’s no community and your buildings will continue to sit empty.

The owner moved here recently from Arizona and is responsible for more downtown Bozeman development than any one in the last 100 years. Despite fierce public opposition from Bozeman's residents, Home Base continues to "enhance the city" with out-of-state money. No hero of mine...

Destroyed one of the oldest and most beloved historic buildings in Missoula , in spite of public outcry and opposition. Replaced it with a generic looking eyesore. Do not these people into your community.
